Purchase and payment enquiries

Where a purchase has been processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for that transaction. If you contact us about a purchase, please include the email address used for the order and, if available, the Paddle transaction or receipt reference. Please do not send full payment-card details by email.

Audiobook delivery

Purchased audiobooks are delivered using BookFunnel. If you have not received your delivery email or have difficulty accessing your audiobook, contact us at info@firstaudiobooks.com and we will help you identify the purchase and delivery record.

Author production enquiries

The FAB Audiobook Store is our retail store for finished audiobooks. Authors interested in having an immersive audiobook produced should use our separate production website at firstaudiobooks.com.
